2. Orders Already Processed or Shipped

• Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

• In such cases, you may initiate a return after delivery, as per our Refund & Return Policy.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

• Refunds for canceled orders will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.

• Any transaction or convenience fees charged by payment gateways may not be refundable.
